The Meeting was called to order at 1:01 pm. Present were Gary Goldberg, Mike Mahan, Frank Lyons, Bob D'Angelo, Mark McCool, Mike Cox, Marc Galloway, Carl Pallas and George Wacaser

 

The Jan Board meeting minutes were approved

 

Financial Report - the association continues to operate efficiently with sufficient reserves to cover costs. The upcoming costs are field reservations, championship shirts, manager appreciation dinner and pizza day. The financial report was approved

 

Coordinator updates - all leagues are running smoothly and a protest in the B league was denied

 

Summer registration is open and summer season is scheduled to begin April 14th

 

New Screens - 4 new screens have been purchased and are currently be used at both 17th Street and Fruitville parks

 

Balls - there are enough balls to complete the winter season. New balls will be purchased for the summer and next winter seasons

 

Amish games - scheduled for Feb 26th beginning at 9am. There will be 3 games this year against teams from Ohio, Pennsylvania and Indiana. The board will take over coordinating and selecting all 3 teams beginning in 2026.

 

Pizza Day - Scheduled for Monday March 10th at both Fruitville & 17th St and March 11th at 17th St

 

Manager Appreciation Dinner - Scheduled for Sunday March 23rd at Deluca Italian Restaurant

 

Playoffs - will be the week of March 31st for A & B leagues
