The meeting was called to order at 1:04 pm. Present were Gary Goldberg, Carl Pallas, Mike Mahan, Frank Lyons, George Wacaser, Mike Cox, Bob D'Angelo and Marc Galloway. Mark McCool was not present. 

The minutes from the September 11th meeting were approved. There was no meeting in October

Financial Report - The association continues to operate efficiently with sufficient reserves to cover costs. Upcoming costs are for shirts and field reservations. The financial report was approved.

Coordinator updates were provided by each league coordinator

Winter Batting Practice - will continue each Friday at 8:15 am at 17th St park

Medical Forms - managers will distribute red envelopes to each player and request players to complete a medical form, place it in a red envelope and keep it in their individual bat bag.

Amish games - The board will select players for 2 teams for games to be played on Wednesday Feb 26th 2025. Beginning in 2026 and forward the board will select players for all teams

Venice and Englewood games - the board will not have any involvement in these games
